Before a Routed Concrete Visit, Confirm Who Will Actually Attend
A directory inquiry, an assessment appointment and a repair contract can involve different organizations. Before a visit is scheduled, identify the attending provider and the purpose of the visit. A familiar website name does not by itself establish who will perform the work or make a later warranty commitment.
Identify each role
Ask who received the inquiry, who is arranging the visit and which business or professional is expected to attend. Clarify whether the visit is for information gathering, an assessment or repair pricing. Keep those roles in the appointment record. Do not assume a routing service directly employs every local provider or that a referral is already an accepted project contract.
Confirm the scope with the actual provider
Review the proposed visit coverage, any stated charge and the information needed beforehand. Confirm qualification questions with the relevant provider for the work being considered. National website presence is not proof of local availability, licensing or a particular technical capability. Ask for the applicable project documents rather than importing a promise from another brand’s page.
Prepare the site handoff
Give the authorized site contact the expected attendee, arrival arrangement and agreed purpose. Keep later repair authorization separate from permission to attend an assessment. If the provider or purpose changes, obtain an updated appointment record before relying on the old one. This helps property teams arrange access confidently without expanding a preliminary inquiry into an unintended work instruction.
Copyable worksheet
Use one row for each field. Mark unknown information clearly and retain the original records.

Worked example
Illustrative example: a fictional facilities manager receives an appointment suggestion through a national inquiry. The manager confirms the local business and assessment purpose before arranging entry. No assumption is made that the directory itself will perform a repair or provide the local contract warranty.
